Ridge Meadows Home Show 2018

 

The Ridge Meadows Home Show is one of Western Canada’s largest home shows, with more than 375 exhibitor booths showcasing renovations, construction, decor, furnishings, electronics, landscaping, wellness, housewares, girl stuff, cooking, and more.

Everything is here — dazzling displays for you and your family, and a whole lot more!

Shooting Star Amusements 

We’re excited to be at the Ridge Meadows Home show for the first time!
Our 2018 debut will be something to remember. In this home show, we have our very own carnival! We bring the fun to you with a great selection of amusements for your family; rides, games, cotton candy, snow cones, you name it! We treat guests to lots of fun and entertainment.

The carnival has classic rides from the Bumper Cars to the Ferris Wheel, creating fun for all ages. Our prize games are entertaining for children as well as for adults.

IN THE BUILDINGS 

Sampling Area 

This year, the sampling area will offer President’s Choice products from the Real Canadian Superstore, together with a great lineup of vendors offering “tastes” and giving visitors the strength to navigate three buildings full of ideas, innovations, and products.

Body, Mind, and Spirit Psychic Fair

This allows you to tune in to your inner life, spanning the gamut of esoteric pursuits like mediumship and healing with Akashic Records. With an open mind and a searching heart, you’ll discover new things about yourself, and the world.

Curling Rink Building A

If you want to spruce up your outdoors, this area has everything that you might need — roofing, sidings, solariums, and of course with the experts in installation! Haney Builders’ Supplies will be there to showcase new products and answer all of your questions.

Planet Ice Building B 

This marketplace has unique gadgets and one-of-a-kind items! You’ll find a wide range of exhibitors for beauty, health, and fitness in the wellness section. You can also test-drive the electronic facelift among other items.

Planet Ice Building C 

Are you surrounded by clutter? You’ll probably benefit from Ronnie Vanstone of Design Alley, taking center stage and offering complimentary design consultations. In this building, you may also find flooring, furnishings, window fashions, home renovators, hot tubs, paint and wall coverings, decor items, kitchens, appliances, electronics, woodwork and design items, including artwork.

ON THE GROUNDS 

For the Love of Dogs Event

The For the Love of Dogs event is a three-day exploration of everything related to your furry best friend! Explore and learn about pet first aid, grooming, dog classes, training, and discover things you and your dog can do together! There will be informed dog experts on the site all three days, and on Saturday, there will be the Meet the Breeds Dog Shows at noon and 3:30 — showing plenty of dog world royalty, as well as Canada’s top dogs. A meet and greet will follow, allowing visitors to talk with owners and breeders. There will also be plenty of demonstrations.

BBQ School & Taste Event 

Chef Dan Beitel of Hunger Management and Chef Dez team up with Meridian Farm Market to bring you a fresh and natural line-up of delicious offerings, created from free-range and grass-fed meats raised without added growth hormones, plus sustainable seafood, organic and locally harvested produce and artisan breads baked fresh daily. Learn secrets from the prosthat guarantee you’ll be the BBQ champ of your neighborhood!

Food Truck Festival 

Get ready to explore the tasty offerings of no less than 15 of Vancouver’s favorite food trucks! This will surely satisfy your appetite when exploring everything at the show.

Norden the Magician 

Magician of the Year award winner Mike Norden will work his magic for 3 days of stage shows!

Doolittle’s Petting Zoo 

Petting your favorite barnyard animals will definitely make your day better! This perennial show stealer is consistently rated the number one event!

Dog Show and Meet and Greet 

Who doesn’t love dogs? We do, that’s for sure! Join us on Saturday, noon and 3:30 for a dog show and meet and greet with owners and breeders.

Round Up Grandma and Grandpa for Neil Diamond Tribute Artist 

Especially for Seniors, The Clutter Guys have generously brought in Nearly Neil featuring Neil Diamond Tribute artist Bobby Bruce! First 250 Seniors receive coffee or tea and cookies courtesy McDonald’s.

Build and Take Home a Birdhouse… Free!
