Tickets are non-refundable – but they never expire. Our tickets are valid at any of our events, and they can be used next year too!

Q: How much is a single ticket?

A: Each Single Ticket is $1.19 (plus GST) = $1.25

Q: How many tickets does each ride require?

A: The children’s rides require 3 – 4 tickets per rider; Adult rides require 4-5 tickets per rider; the Zipper requires 6 tickets per rider.
Example: Space Train = 3 tickets; Mini Helicopters is 4 tickets
Each adult ride requires 4 – 5 tickets per rider
Example: Berry Go Round = 4 tickets; Sizzler/Ferris Wheel is 5 tickets

Q: Do you have any packages?

A: You can purchase our Star Package of 20 tickets – for $21.90 (plus GST) = $23. This package will save you $2.00.
Buy our Super Star Savings package of 40 tickets for $42.85 (plus GST) = $45. This package will save you $5.00. Please check the Event Schedule for more information about the Event you are attending for specials and pricing.

Q: Can we return tickets we don’t use?

A: Tickets are non-refundable – but they never expire. Our tickets are valid at any of our events, and they can be used next year too!

Q: How do I know how many tickets I need for each ride?

A: What you need for each ride is listed on signs located right beside the ticket booths. These signs indicate the required number of tickets, and the height requirements! This information is also at the gate of each ride. You can measure children right at the ticket booth or at each ride. You can go to the Midway Rides page and click on each photo for more specific information.

Q: Can we pay for tickets with a debit or credit card?

A: We only accept cash at all of our booths, however there is almost always an ATM machine at all our locations

Q: Do you have all day ride passes (Wristbands) at all or your events?

A: At each event we offer different specials! You can check on our Event Schedule and click on “Find Our More” to see what we offer at the Event near you!

Q: Can more than one person use an all day Ride Pass (Wristband)?

A: All Day Ride Passes or Wristbands may be purchased individually for each rider. Each rider requires a wristband to ride. Tickets may also be used on Wristband days.

Q: Can we get a refund if it rains?

A: Sorry we cannot offer refunds due to weather conditions. However, tickets can be used anytime at any of our events. Wristbands are only valid for the day purchased, and are non-refundable. Not all of the rides can operate in the rain.

Q: Can I get another Wristband if mine falls off or breaks or gets lost?

A: Our wristbands are designed securely to be very difficult to remove without damaging the wristband. If the wristband is lost, damaged or removed – we do not offer another one. Please ensure you do not pull at the wristband or try to take it off.

Q: Why don’t you offer Wristbands at all of your Events on all days?

A: At some of our events we have shorter days. Generally we try to offer the specials on the slower days at our Events. In order to avoid Customer disappointment we want to ensure our Customers get the full value from the Wristband Special Days – so we offer them on typically slower days. Wristbands are non refundable if weather conditions change after they are purchased. However, if you purchase tickets – you can use those on any day at any event we play and they never expire! On Wristband Days we always offer individual ride tickets too!
